We have posted a series of status pages for some of the major cloud based systems that we use at TCU. If you are having a problem with one of these services, please visit the status page to identify if they are having an outage that might affect your ability to use the product.
Social Media Pages
Get additional information on other major outages on our social media pages. We only post outages that last longer than 30 minutes on these sites. We also recommend that you call the IT Support HelpDesk directly if you need to report an outage and do not see a problem listed on any of our status pages.
IT Liaison Notification List
We have created a special email distribution list for faculty/staff (not students) that they can join to get updates on IT maintenance work as well as updates on short outages that we might be experiencing.
In order to join this list, you can put in a ticket with the IT Support HelpDesk requesting to be added to the IT Liaison email distribution list.
