Digital Signage Services

  • Four Winds – We are currently in the process of implementing a new centralized digital signage system (called Four Winds).  The system is not yet available to all of campus as we are completing the testing phase of the launch.  You can find out more information about this product on their website.  Keep in mind that most departments currently manage their own digital sigange solution so make sure to start with the person who manages that solution before asking IT or CSI (your AV support) for assistance.
  • RoomWizard – We have also implemented a tool called Room Wizard, a small device that helps to display calendar data for a location like a classroom or study room.  These systems tie back to a scheduling system which allows users to book the room and then post that information to the display unit. Currently, Room Wizard is limited to a few newer buildings on campus. Currently, reservations can be made for Study Rooms in the Library and in Reese-Jones hall at https://libreservations.tcu.edu/.

Security Cameras

There are hundreds of security cameras set up in TCU buildings and parking lots and the TCU Police own the process and policies around installing and using those devices.  Please, reach out to the TCU Police if you have questions regarding this system.
