This form has been created to assist IT Infrastructure, in conjunction with the TCU Physical Plant Department and their "Excavation Permit" process, in decreasing and eliminating damage to TCU's underground infrastructure. Use this form when planning or beginning construction or excavation on the TCU Campus. This form allows TCU approved contractors to request an Excavation Permit and be notified when the permit is approved of denied.
