Corporate Phones – TCU does have a contract cell phone plan for departments to choose to cover this cost for an employee. These devices must be ordered through IT and AT&T will invoice the department. Please, create a request with the IT Support HelpDesk at 817-257-6855 to upgrade or replace an existing contract phone or start a new contract.
Traveling Abroad with an AT&T corporate cell phone or tablet?
If traveling abroad while using an AT&T – TCU provided corporate cell phone or cellular service on another AT&T corporate device, please contact our office 10 days prior to leaving the country. Applying AT&T International Features to your cellular service saves money. International charges can become extreme if you do not have international coverage. Plans cover voice, data and texting. Please, call the IT Support HelpDesk at 817-257-6855 to put in a request.
Safety – Operating a motor vehicle requires the driver’s constant attention. Anything that distracts the operator of a motor vehicle dramatically increases the risk of an accident. Whether it’s changing radio stations, reaching for a cup of coffee or using a cell phone, such distraction requires that the driver take his or her eyes off the road, leaving them vulnerable to changing road conditions that could cause a wreck.
