Email for TCU Faculty/Staff

We are moving from on-premise Exchange to O365?

In 2023, we will being transitioning all Faculty/Staff mailboxes over from an On-Premise Exchange environment to the Office 365 (O365) platform.  This is an online cloud service, provided by Microsoft, that TCU will utilize to give you access to email and collaboration tools.  You will have access to email, online cloud storage, online collaboration services, and free downloads of Microsoft Office.  During the transition there will be a period of time that our faculty/staff are either in the on-premise exchange environment or on O365.

NOTE:  If you have received an email that you have been transitioned over to O365 then click that option below.  If you haven’t received communication that you have been moved to O365 then click the on-premise exchange option.

Getting Help With O365

Reach out to the IT Support HelpDesk for assistance with all of your technical needs.  Our calling center provides front-line support to faculty, staff, and students via phone, chat, and remote support tools.  This is the central hub of our organization and is the first place that you should contact when you are having technical difficulties.  If we are not able to resolve your issue at this level then it will be escalated to the appropriate team for processing.
