Our group provides several different ways in which you can receive support. Not only can you call or visit our office during normal business hours but you can submit a self-service request 24/7. We are here to help and have assistance available for extended hours, including weekends.

Note – During extended support hours, we provide limited support via phone/chat/walk-up. This means that support is limited to basic troubleshooting and will be escalated during regular business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) if the problem can’t be resolved.

Walk-up Hours (Fall & Spring Semesters)
- 9am-6pm – M-Th
- 9am-5pm – F
- 1pm – 5pm – Sunday
- All staffed hours outside of 8am-5pm M-F comes with limited support and may require escalation before the issue can be resolved.
