Welcome to TCU! We want you to have the technology support you need to be successful in your position, so we’ve created this page to highlight some of common technology areas we assist. Below are an onboarding checklist, an IT services list, and some additional resources to help you get started.

IT Services

How Do I Get Help?

There are two main avenues of support. Read more about them below.

IT Support HelpDesk

The IT Support HelpDesk is TCU’s one stop shop for assistance with IT related applications, advice on best technology practices, and serves as front-line support for computer related questions across campus.  We may not control the technology on campus but we work with the people who can provide you with a solution.

Classroom Support (CIS)

The IT Instructional Support team one stop shop for assistance with technology in the classroom.  Call us when you run into problem during class and we can be onsite within 5 to 10 minutes of the report of a problem. Keep in mind that it is important to take check out your classroom before your first day of instruction.
