VTC Classroom Training

Join us for a refresher over the technology that was added to many of the classrooms before the fall semester.  We’ll show you how to use the cameras and microphones with Zoom, in a classroom.  We will also be talking about a few Zoom best practices, and functionality, as it relates to the classroom equipment.

This session will NOT include an overview of using Zoom in general.  If you are new to Zoom and would like to learn more before attending the session, please visit it.tcu.edu/zoom.

You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting 24 hours before the event.  We will not be sending out meeting information regarding the event between December 19th – January 10th, while TCU is closed. 

Faculty180 Reports Training

Faculty180 provides TCU faculty with a convenient, single place to record research/creative activity, teaching, credentials, and service activities. The data collection forms were configured based on the Faculty Annual Report and TCU Vita templates.

In this training, participants will learn how to run reports in Faculty 180. This training will include facilitator-lead demonstration of Faculty 180 and hands-on session.

Faculty180 Reports training will cover:

  • Digitally accepting faculty submissions
  • Profile Reports
  • Activity Reports
  • Faculty Selection Tool
  • Vita & Faculty Annual Report
  • Exporting Reports

Audience:
Reports training is for any TCU personnel that will run faculty activity reports for departments, colleges and schools. Reports access will be available to administrators such as Chairs, Deans, Associate Deans, and other assigned personnel.
