Departmental Services
Our goal is to build and maintain ongoing professional relationships with TCU departments, organizations and faculty/staff. As part of the TCU community, we understand the unique requirements of university groups and we are geared to working within the seasonal pace of academic schedules and deadlines.
To put in an order, simply download our printable order form; send it via Interoffice Mail, scan it on your Multi-Function Printer and e-mail it, drop it off in-person or fax it to us at 817-257-5992.

- Course packets: We have extensive experience preparing and delivering academic course packets and laboratory manual packages. You can maintain these items on our electronic archival system for future printing.
- High-quality black & white and full-color digital printing.
- Official TCU letterhead, envelopes and business cards, conforming to TCU Graphic Standards.
- Offset printing: one to four colors. Useful for invitations, booklets, brochures, carbonless forms, newsletters, mailing labels, maps and more.
- Easy billing: Simply provide your university budget/account numbers when you place your order. Invoicing will be handled by the university’s electronic automatic billing system.
- Bindery services: Cutting, folding, perforations, drilling, binding, shrink wrap, scoring and lamination.
- Wide–Format prints and posters.
- Free delivery on departmental orders.
- Selection of TCU identity materials, such as note cards and note pads.

- Paste the path you copied into the Search Programs and Files field.
- Hit Enter.
- Free delivery: TCU Printing & Copying offers free delivery to the TCU campus by the close of business each day. Specific time requests will try to be honored.
- Quick turnaround: Your digital print or copy job can be produced and delivered quickly, often on the same day that you place your order. Offset press jobs generally take 5-10 business days depending on the complexity of the project.
- Storage and retrieval options: At your request, we’ll store your file for you, giving you easy “print on demand” access.
- Convenient location: We’re located just off-campus at 2865 West Bowie. (Cross streets: West Bowie and Greene Ave; Street level of the GrandMarc at Westberry Place residential units.)
- Departmental savings: Large print or copy jobs tie up your staff and wear out your Multi-Function Printers. By using our services, your staff is freed up for more productive duties and your Multi-Function Printers are available for the shorter jobs that most users require. In addition, we save you time and money by completing several operations on our high-speed b/w and color digital production equipment, including collating, stapling and binding.
- Confidentiality and security: Your projects are handled solely by university staff, trained in the highest standards of customer confidentiality.

- Business cards should be ordered through TCU Printing Services: 817-257-7838.
- If you do not use the TCU Printing Services, TCU will not pay for your business cards.
- All options below are available with registered emboss (at an extra cost).
- Foil stamp option available for styles 2A and 2B only.

You have several options for departments to send files to us. Please, refer to the guidelines below for more information. If you have questions, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 817-257-7838 for assistance.
File Formats and Process
We accept both digital and hard copy formats.
All jobs must be submitted with a completed Offset Printing/Copy Center Order Form.
- We accept PC and Macintosh files.
- PDF format (Press Option) is preferred.
- We also accept Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher, plus other MS Office formats.
- You may submit files via flash drive, CD, or e-mail to ITPrintingServices@tcu.edu.
- Files can also be uploaded to the TCU network. Use the following instructions.
Upload instructions from your TCU-owned PC:
- Copy this path \\tcu.edu\dfs1\it_public
- Click the "Start "button.
- Paste the path you copied into the Search Programs and Files field.
- Hit "Enter."
Upload instructions from your TCU-owned Mac:
- Click "Go" and then "Connect to Server."
- Enter in the Server path:
- For Mac 10.8 and newer files: smb://tcu.edu/dfs1/it_public
- For Mac 10.5 and 10.6 files: smb://commonfile06.is.tcu.edu/it_public
- Click Connect and enter your TCU username and password.
