Former Students & Alumni
As you transition from TCU, these resources offer guidance to ensure you have everything you need.
If you are graduating from TCU, you will retain your TCU credentials and access to email only. (TCU reserves the right to revoke at any point in the future. Please know that this means you could lose access.)
You will still need to keep your password and Okta credentials updated annually to access your email, as well as abide by any network usage policies if prompted.
Using your TCU credentials, you may also access the eduroam Wi-Fi network when you visit campus. If you have not updated your password in over a year and try to log into eduroam, your password may have expired. Reset your password, and then you should be able to log onto eduroam.
Please make sure you have downloaded or backed up all data from TCU resources before graduation. Data is not retained once a student has graduated TCU.
See the Leaving TCU Checklist for examples of what data to keep before you lose access.
If you are leaving TCU but not graduating, you will lose access to all TCU tools and your account on the 12th day of the next semester if you have not enrolled in classes.
Please make sure you have downloaded or backed up all data from TCU resources before this date, even if you plan to re-enroll in future semesters. Data is not retained once a student has left TCU.
If you have used your TCU email address to sign up for outside services or subscriptions, please plan ahead and change the associated email address.
See the Leaving TCU Checklist for examples of what data to keep before you lose access.
