Our IT Help Desk offers multiple ways to get assistance during business hours:
Phone: Contact our call center for real-time help. (817) 257-HELP (4357)
Chat: Connect with us via live chat for real-time troubleshooting.
Online Ticket: Submit a ticket anytime for consultants to respond to during business hours.
In-Person: Visit the Frog Pad walk-up location or book an appointment.
Knowledgebase: Explore our knowledgebase for self-help articles and instructions.
The Frog Pad offers one-on-one assistance with our frontline student consultants who can help with a wide range of issues. They will escalate any problems they cannot solve to full-time staff.
Frog Pad is located on the first floor of the Mary Couts Burnett Library on the East side of the building (next to Rees-Jones Hall).
Our team is also available during some extended hours, including weekends. Check the sidebar for This Week's Hours.

If you are experiencing an issue with one of these services, the link below will help you see if they are having a system outage.
Please reach out to the IT Help Desk if their status is listed as operational so we can help you troubleshoot your specific device or account.
