Customer Support

The Customer Support team serves as the front line for technology services at TCU, providing essential assistance to students, faculty, and staff in resolving issues with campus technology. Guided by the Assistant Director of IT Customer Support, the team combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to customer care. 

Embedded Support

The Embedded Support team works closely with colleges and divisions to identify and interpret business needs, provide project and contract support, and coordinate with fellow IT teams to deliver effective technology solutions. By serving as a bridge between stakeholders and IT, the Embedded Support ensures that technology initiatives align with institutional goals and support the priorities of each unit.

IT Audio Visual (AV) Support & Projects

IT Audio Visual Support manages technology across classrooms, conference rooms, and collaboration spaces. The team provides responsive support, training, and project oversight to ensure reliable, effective solutions that advance institutional priorities.

Knowledge Support

Knowledge Support makes technical information clear, accessible, and consistent through the division’s knowledgebase, website, policies, and communications—enhancing customer experience and supporting our mission.

Media Support

Media Support designs and produces digital, print, and emerging media content—helping faculty, students, and staff communicate, teach, and learn more effectively.
