Box Account Creation

We cannot complete your request to login to the TCU Box domain!  Your account has NOT been granted access to this system.

Who gets access to this system?

This is limited to current current faculty/staff and students.  If you are not a current student or employee anymore, then you will lose access to the TCU managed Box.com system and will not be able to create a personal Box.com account using your TCU email address.

How do I create a free Box account if I am not part of the groups listed above?

All you have to do is create a free Box account using a non TCU email address.  Just visit www.box.com and click the Sign-up button to begin the process.

How do I create a Student Worker account?

Please, have your supervisor contact the IT Support HelpDesk to request the creation of an SW account.  Make sure to have them identify that you will need access to the Box system.

I have a free Box.com account but it keeps redirecting me to the tcu.app.box.com site and I can’t login.  What should I do?

When you visit the Box site just look under the Continue button and click on the Log In link next to the text that says, “Not Part of Texas Christian University.”

What is Box and how do I use it?

Box is an online collaborative file storage solution that TCU has purchased for faculty/staff to use.  Please, visit our Box site for more information.
