Zoom works on Android, iOS, Mac, Windows and Linux systems.
Visit tcu.zoom.us, click on Settings, and enter your TCU credentials to modify your settings and preferences.
Visit tcu.zoom.us, click on Learning, and enter your TCU credentials to access additional training and documentation.
Zoom also has a great Getting Started with Zoom Meetings page filled with common questions based on if you are participating or hosting/co-hosting the meeting and on either the desktop or mobile app.
Meetings can be as long as 30 hours for a single session.
You can have up to 300 people in your meeting.
If you need to have a meeting or webinar with more than 300 people, please contact
the IT Help Desk ticket to inquire about requesting a one-time webinar license.
You can share the meeting ID or unique link that is created when you make the meeting.
While you can have settings that allow anyone to join your meeting, you can also take
some steps to secure your meeting to just who you want or only your TCU colleagues,
peer, or community.
