How do I get in touch with the IT Support group?

Our group provides several different ways in which you can receive support.  Not only can you call or visit our office during normal business hours but you can submit a self-service request 24/7.  We are here to help and have assistance available for extended hours, including weekends.  Click on the times in the calendar below to get our phone number or walk-up location for that period.  You can also reach out to us using information on our Contact Us page.


Open Hours At a Glance (does not include modified schedules for holidays and student breaks):

Walk-up Hours

  • 8am-9pm – M-F
  • 12pm – 8pm – SS
  • All staffed hours outside of 8am-5pm M-F come with limited support and may require escalation before the issue can be resolved.

Phone/Chat Hours

  • 7:30am-9pm – M-F
  • 12pm-8pm – SS
  • All staffed hours outside of 8am-5pm M-F come with limited support and may require escalation before the issue can be resolved.

Extended Support

During extended support hours, we provide limited support via phone/chat/walk-up.  This means that support is limited to basic troubleshooting and will be escalated during regular business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) if the problem can’t be resolved.
