Our group provides several different ways in which you can receive support.  Not only can you call or visit our office during normal business hours but you can submit a self-service request 24/7.  We are here to help and have assistance available for extended hours, including weekends. 

NoteDuring extended support hours, we provide limited support via phone/chat/walk-up.  This means that support is limited to basic troubleshooting and will be escalated during regular business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) if the problem can’t be resolved.

Open Hours At a Glance (does not include modified schedules for holidays and student breaks):

Walk-up Hours

  • 8am-7pm – M-F
  • 1pm – 5pm – SS
  • All staffed hours outside of 8am-5pm M-F come with limited support and may require escalation before the issue can be resolved.

Phone/Chat Hours

  • 7:30am-7pm – M-F
  • 1pm-5pm – SS
  • All staffed hours outside of 8am-5pm M-F come with limited support and may require escalation before the issue can be resolved.
