This is a resource to help new employees familiarize themselves with the technology that we use at TCU. There are many information technology services that new employees receive and use to accomplish their jobs. The following service list will give you an overview of the major services that we offer, answers to the more frequently asked questions and the ability to put in a ticket to solve a problem. 


Who do I contact for help?

IT Support HelpDesk

The IT Support HelpDesk is TCU’s one stop shop for assistance with IT related applications, advice on best technology practices, and serves as front-line support for computer related questions across campus.  We may not control the technology on campus but we work with the people who can provide you with a solution.

Classroom Support (CIS)

The IT Instructional Support team one stop shop for assistance with technology in the classroom.  Call us when you run into problem during class and we can be onsite within 5 to 10 minutes of the report of a problem. Keep in mind that it is important to take check out your classroom before your first day of instruction.
