HelpDesk Phone System Issues

We are experiencing problems with the HelpDesk Phone system today (Feb. 19th).  Calls are still going through but the regular announcement process is not functioning correctly.  If you have trouble getting to the HelpDesk over the phone today, please use our Self-Service ticket to submit a ticket.  Link to Self-Service
